The Scenario
Following refreshments and briefings, take part in some or all of the aforementioned activities.
For larger groups or multi-activity days we divide the group and operate all activities
simultaneously to keep everybody busy.
Helicopter lessons: The instructor will demonstrate the flight controls. Now ready to have a go,
each student will take control and handle the aircraft throughout the flight.
B737 simulator: Take-off, fly round the circuit and land back at Heathrow (*no, one cannot
collect Duty Free's!). Achieve it all without ever leaving the ground.

London Sightseeing Helicopter Tour: A magnificent, unforgettable flight with a VIP one-hour celebration
flight over the centre of London. Your pilot will follow the line of the River Thames, giving
you a bird's-eye view of the Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace, St Paul's Cathedral,
The London Eye, The Tower of London, Kew Gardens, the Cutty Sark, Tower Bridge, as far as the
Thames Barrier - all for you to see.

Facilities
|
The amenable facilities of British Airways Flying Club a lounge area also has lecture and briefing
rooms and patio. Not forgetting the superb views across the airfield.

Safety
|
Highly trained staff and instructors and strictly maintained aircraft result in an activity
assessed as low-risk. The instruction is on a one-to-one basis with personal escort to and from
each aircraft.

Prizes
|
Best aeroplane and helicopter student, best simulator approach, champagne, t-shirts, baseball
caps, "I'd rather be flying" stickers are just a few of the prizes on offer and all part of
the fun. We give certificates of achievement for each activity.

Catering
|
We can organise a light buffet, a barbecue in the Summer, a hot or cold three-course meal or
high tea by our well-established skilled caterer. Refreshments are complimentary.
